How do you measure 1 visitor?

One visitor is anyone who has accessed your web pages with IntelliTicks installed in a 24-hour window. For Conversational Landing Pages, every session is counted as a separate visitor.

Do you have a Conversation Based Pricing?

Yes. We have a conversations based pricing too. You can reach us at [email protected] with your requirements and our team will help.

What happens if my quota gets over?

Nothing to worry about that. The platform keeps working normally even after your quota is over. The platform will capture leads, but their contact details will be masked. You can upgrade anytime to unlock them.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime in your account. Once the subscription is cancelled, you will not be charged next month. You will continue to have access to your account until your current subscription expires.

How long are your contracts?

Currently, we only offer monthly or annual subscription. You can upgrade. modify or cancel your subscriptions at any time with no further obligation.

Can I request refund?
